Rules for renting

• Guest will get access to a studio and instructions for renting.
• Renting a studio includes access to changing rooms (one for women, one for men).
• It is guests responsibility to switch off lights, turn off used devices/equipments and close windows if opened.
• Guest is responsible for additional guests and access for them.
• Guest is responsible to inform additional guests of rules and also that they are followed.
• It is guests responsibility to get insurance for participants if needed during a rented period.
• Dance studios technical equipments are included to a rent.
• Only shoes for dancing are allowed to wear in studios (outdoor shoes prohibited in studios and in the lobby).
• Premises and used devices/equipments should be resetted including furnitures.
• Guest is responsible to cover possible damages.
• Smoking is prohibited.
• Animals are prohibited.
• It is prohibited to bring food into studios. Please notify that nuts are totally prohibited at Umeå Dansskola.
